Return & Exchange
TINH Atelier supports returns and exchanges for eligible orders. Kindly review the details below before submitting a request. For all return/exchange inquiries, please contact our Customer Support team at support@tinhatelier.com.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
1 Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Free from damage, marks, or odors.
2 Packaging: Returned with all original packaging, including dust bags and brand tags, intact and unaltered.
3 Unboxing Video Required: To ensure transparency and protect your rights, a video recorded while opening your package is mandatory for all claims regarding manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Ineligible Items:
• Sale items.
• Custom-made, made-to-measure, or modified products (color, design, length, etc.).
• Alteration services remain available for these items and are charged according to our standard fee schedule.
1. Returns
Request Period: Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once confirmed via email, the item(s) must be delivered to our warehouse within 15 business days.
Refund Conditions:
• Manufacturing or Transit Defects: Refunds to the original payment method are only applicable if the item arrives with confirmed defects (e.g., torn fabric, pilling, missing buttons) or transit damage, supported by an unboxing video. We will prioritize a replacement; if unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
• Change of Mind / Personal Preference: If you are unsatisfied with the product for subjective reasons, no refund to the original payment method will be provided. You may choose to:
3.1 Exchange for another item (customer pays the difference).
3.2 Refund via Store Credit (valid for 1 year).
Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
• For confirmed manufacturing defects, TINH Atelier will cover the shipping cost.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Exchanges
Request Period: Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, item(s) must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 business days.
Shipping Costs: All exchange-related shipping costs (two-way) are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Order Cancellation
• Before Shipping: You may cancel and receive a full refund to your original payment method if the order has not yet been handed to the carrier.
• After Shipping: Cancellation is no longer possible once the order is in transit. Please follow the return process after receiving the item.
• Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses the parcel and cannot be reached, a refund will be issued as Store Credit after deducting all related transportation and logistics costs.
Disclaimer: By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. TINH Atelier reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
