Return & Exchange
For products with defects arising from the manufacturing and transportation process (torn, fabric pilling, detached/fallen buttons and attached details, faded colors without the intervention of detergents), TINH will recall the product and replace it.
In case the customer is unsatisfied with the product (needs to exchange size/model), TINH will support exchanging the size/model if stock is available. The customer will need to pay for any transportation costs incurred (2-way).

Note:
The exchange/return policy applies only once per order.
Customers are required to have a video when opening the package to ensure their rights in the exchange/return process.
Please keep the product in its original condition, with all tags intact, unused, and unlaundried.
If the customer wants to exchange the size or model, please respond within 3 working days and return the product within 15 working days (calculated from the courier's receipt date).
After the above time limit, TINH regrets that we cannot support the exchange/return for the customer.
