Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Assist in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns aligned with collection launches and brand milestones.
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, and partnerships.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
2. Digital Marketing & Performance
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok where relevant).
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure campaign visuals align with brand aesthetic.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (traffic, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC).
- Support SEO, email marketing, and CRM initiatives.
3. Brand & Communication
- Maintain consistency in tone of voice and brand presentation.
- Contribute to storytelling strategies that highlight craftsmanship, heritage, and modern femininity.
- Support PR outreach, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships globally.
4. Market Research & Growth
- Conduct competitor and market research (luxury and contemporary fashion space).
- Identify new growth opportunities in international markets.
- Provide insights on consumer behavior and trends relevant to elevated fashion brands.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, E-commerce, and Social teams to ensure aligned execution.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and media partners when required.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing (fashion, luxury, or lifestyle preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
Strategic & Analytical Thinking
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
- Ability to balance brand-building with performance marketing.
- Experience working with international or premium brands is a plus.
