Key Responsibilities

 

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns aligned with collection launches and brand milestones.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, and partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok where relevant).
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure campaign visuals align with brand aesthetic.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (traffic, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC).
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and CRM initiatives.

3. Brand & Communication

  • Maintain consistency in tone of voice and brand presentation.
  • Contribute to storytelling strategies that highlight craftsmanship, heritage, and modern femininity.
  • Support PR outreach, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships globally.

4. Market Research & Growth

  • Conduct competitor and market research (luxury and contemporary fashion space).
  • Identify new growth opportunities in international markets.
  • Provide insights on consumer behavior and trends relevant to elevated fashion brands.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, E-commerce, and Social teams to ensure aligned execution.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and media partners when required.


Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing (fashion, luxury, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to balance brand-building with performance marketing.
  • Experience working with international or premium brands is a plus.
